Happy New Year! It’s 2015!!!!
Every year I see people posting selfies on social media with the caption saying “New year, new me” at the beginning of every year. At some point during the year, their old ways come back and stay permanently so it’s not really a new “them.”
Also I hear the same people making the same resolutions every year. “Yeah, I’m going to lose these ten pounds this year.” I’ll admit I was one of them. This year I’m going to practice a new saying : New year, better me.
Instead of losing a certain amount of weight, I will pay attention more to what I put in my body and exercise more frequently during the week. Also I will be practice more actions to get me towards where I want to be in my career and personal life. Short term actions will be to write more consistently on this blog.
